RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

ARMED IN STYLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

 

PLEASE READ OUR REVISED RETURNS POLICY

 

To be eligible for a return or refund  your item(s) must be:

  • Unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it
  • No trace of animal hair, deodorant, makeup, strong smells such as perfumes, body odor, smoke or laundry detergent.
  • Items(s) must be in re-saleable condition. We thoroughly check our products upon return. 
  • Claim must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

*Due to the hygienic nature of these items, hats, mugs, glasses, and socks are not returnable or refundable. *

 

Please place the original packaging slip in the return package. If you do not have the packaging slip, then please provide the order number- or the name which the order was placed under- with your return.

Please allow 48-72 hours for processing. You will be notified on the final status of your return, and will either receive a refund or a tracking number for the approved return. Your refund, if approved, will not include the original shipping rate.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a return shipping label.  If the return is error on your end you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Items purchased in presale are not eligible for return.

*Please keep your return tracking number handy in case we are in need of it. Armed In Style is not responsible for returned items until they have arrived at our facility*

 

DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM RECEIVED:

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us at sales@armedinstyle.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong item within 7 days of receiving your package. If your item is damaged or incorrect, do not wash or wear the item(s)! Once you have washed or worn your item(s) it may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

 

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT:

Items lost in transit or have not been delivered 30 days after the expected arrival date will be replaced.  If the shipping method purchased was First Class Mail, it does not include tracking info, and will not be eligible for replacement as delivery or lack of delivery can not be confirmed.  Orders purchased with shipping method to include tracking can be eligible for replacement if items ordered are not delivered 30 days after the expected arrival date based on the shipping method purchased and tracking info.  Lost orders must be claimed within 45 days after order was shipped.  Claims after 45 days from shipping date will not be eligible for replacement. 

 

Please note:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
